Cheer!

Madilyn cheers for the Weatherford All Stars.  They work all year long
to get to go to a competition at Frontier City. The weekend of the competition there
were major threats of tornadoes so they cancelled it at the last minute.
To try to make it up to the girls their coach scheduled for them to cheer at the Relay for Life at SWOSU.

They performed, did their gymnastics, a dance, and a cheer!  They did so good -- Madi knew
all her moves and did a really good job!!!

 Go ALL STARS!!

To make it even better -- she got a medal!!!! :)

Nine boys...for a 9th Birthday!!

Jaxen wanted to invite his buddies to a RedHawks game for his Birthday party this year.  So we took NINE boys to OKC.
They were wild....they were loud...it was kinda crazy BUT we all had a great time!

...First stop Pizza Hut.  They ate, played, and we had some fun with some "Mustaches..."
 Jaxon W., Jaxen, and Jase

 The group!
9 years old...and facial hair?!?!?!

Papa helped us get half the kids there...somehow he got to drive the
"Quiet" kids! haha :)
 We are here!!!
Jaxen got to take a private tour of the ballpark...he got to go in the
suites, the dugouts, and "underground" where the locker rooms are.
He sure thought this was neat!
Thru the eyes of a child.  I can only imagine what's going through his
mind as he looks out on the field.  He LOVES baseball!

 The Birthday Boy!!
The boys were dancing and cheering trying to get on the big screen,
and the very last inning the camera man came over and filmed them!
They were cracking us up!!
The entire clan!
Fun night at the Ballpark!!!!

Jaxen's Birthday Dinner

April 9th --- He turned NINE years old!  Jaxen is a handsome, athletic,
hard working little boy. He loves to play, be outside,
and pretty much thinks about sports 24/7.
 Jaxen & Papa

When we have a Birthday in our household, that person gets
to pick where they want to eat dinner that night.
Jaxen LOVES Bench warmer's, probably because it has 'sports' stuff
everywhere and he can catch a game while he's there. ;)
Mema & Papa met us for dinner...we had to rush a little because
a major thunderstorm with possible tornadoes was moving in.
Mama and her NINE yr old!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Jaxen!  We are so proud of you!!!!

Easter

We celebrated Easter a little early with Will's family since we were all going to be out of town that weekend.  Went to GG's house for dinner and let the kids have a little egg hunt in the backyard.

 They love their daddy!!!
Photo compliments of Jaxen - we never get a pic together

Little egg hunt in our backyard...(Girls picked out their own clothes..)

Leadership Training for CHRIST -- LTC

We traveled to Rogers, Arkansas on Easter Weekend to attend Leadership Training for Christ.  It was an amazing experience and Will and I couldn't be prouder of our kids from our congregation.  They worked so hard and were so well behaved at the Convention.  The pics above are Jaxen and his friend Cody getting ready to go into bible quiz.  Bible quiz was on Friday night and took over two hours.  This is where they were quizzed over the book of Genesis!  Jaxen's bible quiz team brought home a Silver! Jaxen was also in two puppet groups (picture above), again they did very well at this too bringing home a Gold!

Will teaches the middle school kids in LTC.
It's definetely been a challenge for him,
but he did a fantastic job.

Chip is in charge of LTC for our Church.
He's been doing it for 10 yrs and has "BIG shoes" to fill as
Will and I are taking it over next year.  He has taught as a lot this year,
but he's the best so we will have lots more questions I'm sure....
The girls and I spent a lot of time waiting
in the halls of the Convention Center and cheering on our
kids in all their activities.  Madi & Kate had a lot of fun and acted
very good!  Kate has been looking forward to going to
Arkansas for awhile -- she loves talking about "artantaas" :)
