I'm a "planner"

Yep!  I don't know what it is with me but I LOVE to coordinate things, plan things, and see BIG things happen!

I helped plan the First ever Thomas 5K Run last year and it was a great success so we are doing it again this year.  Last year we raised $$$ to help put up lights on the baseball field and this year we are raising $$$ for a new playground for our kids.  I am so excited about this event and so proud to be a part of this 'giving' community I belong to.  LOTS of planning going on right now, and I just know it's gonna be great! :)

I am one of those moms... I am one of those moms that doesn't want to ever ever show favortism.  SO I have been bloggin about my girls b-days and I want to tell you about my boy.

He was such a great help with the birthday party, he was such a sport... he is an amazing BIG brother!

Yep, this is my boy!

BUT I should say that 'my boy' doesn't like me telling him I love him all the time.  He informed me that he is almost 8 yrs old and I don't have to tell him all the time.  So now I just tell him every other second.  If he goes to the bus stop and tries to sneak out before I can tell him....I simple go to the front door, and yell to him out the front door "OH JAXEN!  I LOVE YOU!"  He gets so embarrassed by me!

So you see we had some great "Sweets" and my girls had a fabulous day!

We are blessed with awesome friends and family that came to make the girls' day super special!

Wow.... I'm a pretty bad blogger!

Where does the time go??? Why have I not blogged in over a month.  OH YEA, that's right.  I work 45 hours a week at my 'job'... have 3 kids that I drive and haul all over the place...I have church obligations... family obligations.... and just a 'few' things on my plate.  BUT I love it!  This is my crazy life, I dread when my kiddos are "big" and don't need me anymore.  What ever will I do????

So this weekend we had a BIG birthday shindig.  It was super fun.  My baby girl turned 2 on Friday and my sweet middle girl turns 5 on Wednesday so we celebrate together with family and friends.  It was great.  We had a "Sweet Shoppe" a full blown candy store in my dining room.  There was sooooo much sugar and to top it off we had an ice cream bar too.  Delicious!  My girls had an awesome birthday celebration. 

We had a fun weekend at our house.  Will try to post pictures soon :)
