...I THINK too much!

I've been "thinking" a lot lately.  I hate when I do that! LOL
No, seriously, I have been thinking a lot about how blessed I am.  I have an amazing husband that is very giving, very thoughtful, a wonderful friend, an amazing daddy, and just a super funny guy.  I have been blessed to have been married to him for almost 10 years, and it's been the best 10 years of my life!!!
I have 3 beautiful children that I love so much.  Each of them bring a different light to my life.  I absolutely loved watching them at Christmas, the joy, the excitement in their eyes, and the "Speechless" moments when they opened that present they wanted so badly.  I love listening to my children pray... I love just watching their little minds at work...  I don't really like when they 'fight' and 'scream' at each other....but I remember doing that same thing as a kid myself. ;) (well, maybe just once or twice...)
I am blessed with amazing friends.  I have found friends within our church family, therefore, they are uplifting to me.  They keep me in check, they encourage, they understand me, and I love them. Our family is both blessed and honored to belong to the church we belong too.
Then there's ALL those blessings we take for granted each day: A roof over our head, our health, a vehicle that runs, clothes, jobs, etc etc AND a God that loves us unconditionally.  Wow!

We were blessed with an amazing Christmas, and amazing holiday season.  FILLED with family, friends, and all the people we love most.  Guess that's what got me to 'thinkin about how much I have to be Thankful for and how truely blessed I am!

I'm SOOOOO ready!

I am so ready for Christmas.  I cannot wait to watch my kids open presents, see that excitement on their faces, etc....;)
Our Christmas' are pretty hectic.  We have several places to go and LOTS of people to see, but it's fun when it's all said and done, and it's a great time spent with family!  Let the official countdown begin, I can't wait!

Shutterfly Christmas Cards!!!!

....same day EVERY year - December 25th - it's Christmas Time!  Yipee!!!!!
I love Christmas, I love shopping, I love eating, I love wrapping gifts, I love all that this wonderful season brings BUT I have to get my Christmas Card done before I can do any of those things..... :)  Thanks to Shutterfly they make getting your Christmas cards SUPER easy!!!!
I have made my Christmas cards on shutterfly.com  for several years and I think you should too, this year just for blogging about their Christmas cards I can get 50 free cards.  Not sure if you've checked out their website lately but they have the CUTEST cards ever, very classy and stylish ones!  Depending on how our 'family photo shoot' goes tomorrow will depend which card I choose but I sure like the square cards and the one's that you can actually write your Christmas letter on the card ~  Yea, how cool is that!
I also make a Christmas Photo book each year, having a large family we go several places in a matter of days so I compile all my pics (all 1,0000) of them and put them in one compact book, they are great!
I highly suggest going to their website and looking for Christmas gifts as well.  I made a DVD for my Mimi on there with about 400 pics of my kids throughout the year, she will love it, and watch it all the time.  Then I made my babysitter a memory book, and I am going to get my parents the coasters.  A photo gift always makes a great gift so try it out this year!
....Tis the season!!! :)
So go check it out and get yours from Shutterfly.com this year too! http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery/holiday-cards

....one of the many crazy days in our household!

So last week Will walked in to the bathroom to find Madi scrubbing her hands in a total panic.  When she turned around he realized she found a Silver Sharpie marker and did some makeup on herself.  It was pretty funny really but we didn't know if we'd be able to get it off her face.  Jaxen kept telling her she'd have to go to school like that and she was just devastated!  So  just in case you need to know for future reference.  Alcohol did get it off her face, and finger nail polish remover took the rest off..... THEN we put a bunch of Vaseline on her face so it would be totally dried out the next morning.... Oh' good times ;)

...I've always wanted to be a "blogger"....

...I am a 'blog' follower, I love reading blogs! ....and I've considered having my own blog for quite awhile now, so I just decided - why not?  I'm not going to claim to be a good writer because I am not.  However, I hope this blog will serve as a way for me to share funny stories about my kids, keep our families updated, and maybe I will add in some of my 'random thoughts' along the way...
